It opens a special door that leads to a secret room with several weapon crates. The key is pretty well hidden, and the it opens is far from the spot you find the key in. WebThere is a secret room with a key you loot mid way thru. After you drain the water and go thru the door turn left and jump over the cabinet and inspect a dead body like you do in grand washington.
