WebPreaching is the central and indispensable means by which God advances the Gospel and builds his church. God uses many means to convey his truth: one-on-one discipleship, group Bible study, personal example, classroom teaching, books, topical discussions, practical experiences, and the like all have their place. WebReceiving God's grace requires obedience. Jesus is "the author of eternal salvation to all who obey Him" ( He 5:9 ). Freedom from sin comes when one is willing to obey Him from the heart ( Ro 6:17-18 ). Such obedience involves: Believing (i.e., trusting) in Jesus as the Son of God who died for your sins ( Jn 3:16 ).
