You have to have the unlocked mana gems. So to reduce Dralamar you MUST have six unlocked mana gems. There is no possible way to do that on turn 4, unless you're running something like Sip of Elixir, happen to have both using one on turn 2, the other on turn 3. Then on turn 4 you would have 5.5 mana and can pip for Warp Engineer effect.
