WebMar 9, 2024 · I found the problem. After the upgrade the another parameter was added to the "snmp-server user" configuration. Now it has an engineID and a value assigned to it. This wasn't on the configuration on the previous software version. Anyway, the engineID was wrong and I corrected it and now it's working fine. Thanks for your help guys. Filipe
