WebDepends, some higher end TV's do have HDMI 2.1 & 120hz monitors and can actually give a good image whilst doing so. Pretty much only ones I trust are the high end oled and qled monitors tho, LG/Samsung. Yeah I was giving the benefit of the doubt that it’s not something fancier than 60hz.
